Janelle Weiner holds a B.A. in English from U.C. Berkeley and a Masters in Education from Boston University. She has taught middle school and high school in Oakland, Boston, and Sacramento. As a freelance journalist, she has written about health, education, environmental issues, prison overcrowding, and local politics.
Janelle currently writes psychological suspense and is represented by Bernadette Baker-Baughman at Victoria Sanders & Associates.
She is a huge fan of our national parks and has explored many of them. Other interests include theater, piano, mandolin, running, and child-wrangling (of her own three boys).
